is the need of personal data to enter into a contract with JetCorner

2.Improve customer experience
adapting our services to your preferences and needs analyisng browsing history and sending promotions by mail or online ads.
JetCorner is also legally required to collect data in case banks conduct anti-fraud checks or upon government entity request.

COLLECTED DATA:
Name, Surname, Date of Birth, passports or ID copies, mails, phone and generally everything a user/customer send us via mail, phone or third party platform such as socials or instant messaging apps.

RECEIPIENT OF DATA:

The collected data is used by JetCorner.
Collected data may be essential to shared:
-with booked aircraft company personel in order to perform the reserved flight
-when we communicate with you
-upon bank request if an anti-fraud check rises
the datas may be shared to a third country outside of EU if you are traveling or transiting though that country or if the services provided is from a third country provider.

STORAGE PERIOD:

Data is kept on file for maximum 24 months and each interaction with JetCorner refreshes the 24 months period.
Some datas may be stored longer, for legal basis requirements.

PROTECTION:
JetCorner saves data in the most rigorous way and never provides access to anybody outside it’s legal structure,
unless it’s strictly needed for the performances of the service ( ex. passport copies, addresses for transportation, catering preferances )
JetCorner is not responsible for data and messages received via third party providers such us socials or instant messages,
the received data via third party providers will still be treat in the most professional manner and never shared with anybody outside of a charter mission.
